Test results take up to 3 business days. If it hasn’t been 3 business days since your test, please do not call. It will slow down customer support for everyone else.

If you supplied an email, search your email for a message from ImmunoGenomics SecureSend <secureline-noreply@luxsci.com>. If you gave a mobile number, check your text messages.
